Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date. Please contact us and a customer care specialist will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

Beautifully You Collection Inc will accept the return (except final sale items) of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Yes! Pickup is in Port Coquitlam, BC (full address will be provided) after an order has been placed. A team member will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
To pickup an order: go through website as normal and select 'pickup' instead of ground shipping at checkout.
Shipping will be refunded upon pickup.
Your order will be processed and shipped the same, or next, business day. Beautifully You orders are hand picked and packed with love from Port Coquitlam, BC.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. When your order ships you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping will be based on your location and calculated at checkout. We currently ship with Canada Post and depending on your location this can take 1-7 business days to get to you if you select ground shipping.
CANADA: Shipping is free on orders of $85+ to the following provinces: BC, AB, SK, MB, and ONT. If you reside in the other provinces/territories not listed, shipping is free on orders of $100+.
USA: Shipping is free on orders of $100+ to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The total amount and estimated time of arrival can be viewed prior to checking out.
Currently, we only ship within Canada and now the USA. If you are outside Canada and the U.S and would like to become a member, please let one of our team members know, as we are always looking to expand our shipping options.
We do not charge sales tax.
If an item is showing "out of stock" this means that all inventory has been sold. However, we recommend continuing to check back if you see an item you want out of stock. There is always a chance you can scoop it up!
We are located in Port Coquitlam, BC, however, we do not have a physical location for our store at this time.
