Beautifully You Collection Inc will accept the exchange or return of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date (excluding final sale items). Item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days of arranging a return with our team. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and include the packing slip. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 14 business days of your shipment date. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer care specialist will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. When your order ships you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping will be based on your location and calculated at checkout. We currently ship with Canada Post and depending on location this can take 1-7 business days if ground shipping is selected.
CANADA: Shipping is free on minimum orders of $50 in BC. Shipping is free on orders of $100+ to the following provinces: AB, SK, MB, ONT, QC, and NS.
USA: Shipping is free on orders of $100+ to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The total amount and estimated time of arrival can be viewed prior to checking out.
Currently, we only ship within Canada and now the USA. If you are outside Canada and the U.S and would like to become a member, please let one of our team members know, as we are always looking to expand our shipping options.
Yes! Pickup is in Coquitlam, BC (full address will be provided) after an order has been placed. A team member will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
To pickup an order: go through website as normal and click on 'Add Order Note'. There you can let us know if you'd like to pickup.
Shipping will be refunded upon pickup.
Orders & Products
All orders are final once they have been processed and shipped. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once shipped including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming at checkout. We recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and products added to checkout.
We do not charge sales tax.
If an item is showing "out of stock" this means that all inventory has been sold. However, we recommend continuing to check back if you see an item you want out of stock. There is always a chance you can scoop it up!

You will earn points each time you spend on Beautifully You's website. Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees.
You must perform the action via the rewards tab on the Beautifully You website. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact team beautiful at email@example.com so we can assist you
